The Quiet Problem

Post your real results. Skip the flagging.

Meta, Instagram, and TikTok are quietly flagging, throttling, and deleting plastic surgery clinic and medspa accounts. ClinicOS image tools auto-apply private covers, tattoo blur, and face removal on any clinic photo — so you keep the proof, skip the triggers, and keep your account.

Why AI moderation flags clinic content

Platform moderation is no longer done by humans. It's done by AI classifiers trained on broad definitions of "adult," "medical," and "graphic" content. Those classifiers don't distinguish between a surgical before/after, a botox injection post, or something that actually violates the guidelines. They just see a body.

The models are also conservative by design. False positives — flagging compliant content — are cheaper to the platform than false negatives. So when in doubt, the algorithm kills the post. And when the same account gets hit repeatedly, the whole account gets throttled or disabled.

You don't have to leave social to solve this. You have to remove the triggers from your content before it ever hits the feed — private areas covered, tattoos blurred, faces removed. That's what ClinicOS does automatically.

How It Works

Upload raw. Post safe.

Three automatic transforms built into ClinicOS image tools. Apply to any photo in your library — before/afters, single shots, procedure reveals — one click.

01

Private-area covers

Automatic nipple covers and private-area covers applied in the right spot on every body type. Consistent, professional, on-brand.

02

Tattoo blurring

Identifying tattoos — trigger words for both moderation AI and patient re-identification — get blurred automatically. Your patient stays anonymous.

03

Face & head removal

Remove or blur faces and heads with one click. Protect patient identity and strip out one of the strongest triggers for Meta's moderation model.

Keep the proof. Skip the triggers.

What gets removed is what the algorithm flags. What stays is what converts.

What stays

  • Silhouette, contour, volume, shape

  • Visible change between before and after

  • Posture, angle, lighting — the comparison story

  • Skin tone, texture, and recovery state

  • Everything that actually converts a lead

What gets removed

  • Exposed private areas (auto-covered)

  • Identifying tattoos (auto-blurred)

  • Patient faces or heads (removed or blurred)

  • Re-identification risks that violate patient consent

  • The specific triggers the moderation AI is trained on

Customizable consent & disclaimer templates

Pair every before/after with clinic-controlled disclaimer language. Templates are starting points you can adapt to your existing consent process — edit the copy, swap in your practice's preferred language, or adopt the defaults verbatim.

Expectation-setting copy designed for patient-facing content

Editable disclaimer library — align with your existing consent standards

Clear framing for predictive or outcome-related claims

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my clinic or medspa account getting flagged by Instagram or Meta?

Meta's automated AI moderation systems have been trained to flag before/after photos, procedure content, and anatomical imagery as 'adult' or 'medical/health' violations — even when the content meets platform guidelines. Plastic surgery clinics, aesthetic practices, and medspas are disproportionately affected because their entire marketing motion depends on visual proof.

What kinds of content get flagged?

Common triggers include: visible private areas (even from surgical angles), tattoos the moderator can't contextualize, recognizable faces paired with procedure language, and before/after framings that the classifier reads as 'adult.' Even fully compliant content can be flagged if the AI model is uncertain.

How does ClinicOS keep my before/afters from getting flagged?

Upload your real photos to ClinicOS image tools. The platform automatically applies private-area covers (nipple covers and genital covers), blurs tattoos, and can remove or blur faces and heads across any photo — before/afters, single shots, procedure reveals, injectable results, or recovery updates. You get back a version of your photo with the flagging triggers removed — and your real results intact.

Do I lose credibility by editing out parts of the photo?

No. Covers, tattoo blur, and face removal are standard practice in medical marketing — patients expect them, and they signal that you protect patient privacy. You keep the visible proof that drives conversion (silhouette, shape, volume, contour) while removing the parts that trigger moderation or violate patient consent.

Does ClinicOS handle consent language too?

Yes. Every photo can be paired with customizable consent and disclaimer templates that clinics can adapt to their existing consent process. Predictive or outcome-related language is framed responsibly, and you retain full control to swap in your practice's preferred copy.
